Meals for Gaza – Feeding Displaced Families
-
Cost : $ 300,000
Amid the difficult humanitarian conditions faced by the residents of Gaza, where hunger rates are rising and food shortages are severe, the Food Project aims to provide hot, nutritious meals daily to displaced and affected families across the Gaza Strip.
The project is implemented by Bridge of Cooperation Humanitarian Foundation, which establishes and operates community kitchens (takaaya) distributed across several areas. Each kitchen prepares around 10 large pots of food daily according to a regular operating plan, supervised by a qualified team that ensures the quality of cooking and the safety of distribution. The project focuses on the most vulnerable groups, including widows, orphans, people with disabilities, and the elderly, to ensure that aid reaches those who need it most.
This initiative is not just about filling empty stomachs — it contributes to achieving a minimum level of food security, easing the living burdens on displaced families, and strengthening social solidarity through a continuous initiative with a direct humanitarian impact.
